Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

All equipment ships from our US warehouse. Because our lifts and heavy equipment are large, freight items, delivery can take up to 17 business days depending on your location — this is normal for freight shipping and not a sign anything went wrong with your order. Smaller/lighter items typically arrive faster. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Do you deliver the lift into my garage, or just to the curb?

Standard freight delivery is curbside — the driver isn't required to carry the equipment inside. Liftgate service to lower the pallet to the ground is [included / available for an added fee]. Please have help on hand to move it the rest of the way.

Do I need a professional to install my lift?

We strongly recommend professional installation for car lifts, especially 2-post and 4-post models — proper anchoring and alignment are critical for safe operation. Check your local codes, as some areas require a licensed installer or permit.

What's your return policy?

You can request a return within [30] days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Because most equipment ships freight, a restocking fee applies to approved returns. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your shipment before signing for it. If there's visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within [48 hours] with photos at support@liftercar.com — we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Do your lifts come with a warranty?
